AUTISM RISES AS THE NDIS EXPANDS
-

We were told that Covid was a pandemic: and yet less than 1,000 died of Covid prior to the introduction of the Covid vaccinations.

In comparison, the 'Diabetes Disaster' featured in the Weekend Australian recently, revealed some 10 per cent of all deaths are attributed to diabetes. Diabetes is also well recognised as one of the maior risk factors for severe Covid and Covid deaths but we heard...

AUTISM RISES AS THE NDIS EXPANDS
-

A recently published paper from Australian researchers in Victoria has looked at the question of immune effects measured in 29 children aged 5 to 11 years at 1 month and in 8 children up to 6 months post 2 Pfizer vaccinations as part of a larger study and summarises its findings by saying ' BNT162b2 vaccination in children alters cytokine responses to heterologous stimulants, particularly one month after vaccination'.

There are significant implications of this study.

The BNT vaccination did induce anti- spike and anti-Receptor Binding Domain ( anti RBD) Ig G antibodies, demonstrated in this study at 1 month and persisting to 6 months post vaccination, indicating a Th2 immune system 'humoral' and ' adaptive' response, together with increased cytokine responses on exposure to spike protein or the whole Covid virus tested. This should equate to enhanced immunity against Covid and the spike protein if normal mucosal immunity is maintained.

However this study also clearly demonstrated that the cytokines (or cell messenger molecules) required for the initial response of the innate, cell-mediated immunity prior to antibody formation, to numerous tested viruses and bacteria, were dramatically decreased after 1 month. Interferon gamma, the key messenger to activate the first arm of the immune system which lives in the mucosal tissues lining our airways and gut, was reduced some tenfold, as was
MCP-1, a protein which attracts monocytes into tissues, another key player in innate cellular immunity. The immune system, simplified, has 2 arms: innate and adaptive. The innate immune system lines the mucosal barriers of the respiratory and gut particularly, is the first and major barrier to any and all infections and is predominantly mediated by immune cell actions. This is also called TH1 immunity. It is only after an infectious agent has traversed the mucosal barrier that specific antibodies – the adaptive immunity – are made. This is often called TH2 immunity. This study made it very apparent that while the Covid vaccine induces anti spike antibodies, it markedly reduces initial protective responses to many other viral and bacterial infections as measured at 1 month post vaccination, with persistent reductions in antiviral protection to 6 months. A similar effect has also recently been shown in adults. This same mechanism of action likely occurs with all other injectable vaccinations.

The bigger question of how this is altering overall immune function is gradually being acknowledged: 'Our results add to the evolving evidence that SARS-CoV-2 mRNA vaccination reprograms both adaptive and innate immune responses.' Our immune systems are being 'reprogrammed', like a faulty computer programme needing to be rewritten or upgraded. Although not acknowledged in the abstract conclusion, the authors state that ' Our findings suggest SARS-CoV-2 mRNA vaccination could alter the immune response to other pathogens, which cause both vaccine-preventable and non-vaccine-preventable diseases . This is particularly relevant in children', and 'That SARS-CoV-2 mRNA vaccination in children could impact immune responses to other pathogens emphasises the need for further research and consideration of heterologous effects in vaccination policies given their broad public health implications.' They acknowledge there is a potential issue here. Perhaps this is behind the surge in Streptococcal infections in children being noted worldwide?

For our children to be healthy, they need a well -functioning innate immune system lining the gut and respiratory mucosa, first and foremost. This does not need reprogramming but support. This does not come by vaccination.

Autism to cost budget $8.25bn: will the safety net break? The number of children being diagnosed with autism and supported by the NDIS is rising alarmingly.

This article heralded the headlines also in the Weekend Australian the following week titled: PM, states to rein in unsustainable NDIS.

The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) Board released the NDIS Annual Financial Sustainability Report Summary (AFSR) on October 8, 2021. Estimates indicated that there would be 670,400 participants in the scheme at the end of June 2025 (of which 633,600 are under the age of 65 years), and 859,300 at the end of June 2030 (of which 798,300 are under the age of 65 years).

These figures are significantly higher than estimated by the Productivity Commission in 2017. This is believed to be not only as a result of increased access to the scheme, but also the result of increased retention: that is, the NDIS recipients are not leaving the scheme as soon as it was anticipated they would. The same report estimated that total participant costs would be $29.2 billion in 2021-22, growing to $41.4 billion in 2024-25, and $59.3 billion in 2029-30 (on an accrual basis).

Extrapolation of these figures, quoted in the first Weekend Australian article, indicates that the NDIS is anticipated to ‘cost the budget $34bn in 2022-23 – including $8.25bn for those with autism as a primary diagnosis – rising to almost $90bn in the next decade’. More than a third (35 per cent) have autism as their primary diagnosis.

According to the NDIS funding amounts, autistic people receive an average of...

COVID-19 Spike Protein Is Pathogenic, from Both Virus and Vaccine mRNA

AUTISM RISES AS THE NDIS EXPANDS

This article has been published in Biomedicines as part of the Special Issue Emerging Issues in COVID-19 and Neutralizing Antibodies.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic caused much illness, many deaths, and profound disruption to society. The production of ‘safe and effective’ vaccines was a key public health target. Sadly, unprecedented high rates of adverse events have overshadowed the benefits. This two-part narrative review presents evidence for the widespread harms of novel product COVID-19 mRNA and adenovectorDNA vaccines and is novel in attempting to provide a thorough overview of harms arising from the new technology in vaccines that relied on human cells producing a foreign antigen that has evidence of pathogenicity. This first paper explores peer-reviewed data counter to the ‘safe and effective’ narrative attached to these new technologies. Spike protein pathogenicity, termed ‘spikeopathy’, whether from the SARS-CoV-2 virus or produced by vaccine gene codes, akin to a ‘synthetic virus’, is increasingly understood in terms of molecular biology and pathophysiology. Pharmacokinetic transfection through body tissues distant from the injection site by lipid-nanoparticles or viral-vector carriers means that ‘spikeopathy’ can affect many organs. The inflammatory properties of the nanoparticles used to ferry mRNA; N1-methylpseudouridine employed to prolong synthetic mRNA function; the widespread biodistribution of the mRNA and DNA codes and translated spike proteins, and autoimmunity via human production of foreign proteins, contribute to harmful effects. This paper reviews autoimmune, cardiovascular, neurological, potential oncological effects, and autopsy evidence for spikeopathy. With many gene-based therapeutic technologies planned, a re-evaluation is necessary and timely...

Examining the moral complexities of AI in
Professor Toby Walsh's insightful new book 'Machines Behaving Badly'.

Machines Behaving Badly: The Morality of AI is the latest book by Professor Toby Walsh, a Laureate Fellow and Scientia Professor at UNSW.

As a world-leading researcher in the field of artificial intelligence (AI), he explains in layman's terms the issues surrounding morality in AI, what it actually is and how it is already being used in our daily lives. The book raises important questions such as: who is accountable for the actions of an autonomous AI? What limits should be placed on such an intelligence? And what happens if an autonomous AI harms or kills a person, purposefully or accidentally?

On the journey to find answers to these questions, Professor Walsh introduces us to some people in the industry, the companies involved, and the issues and proposed "robot laws" for robots in the realm of autonomy. He compares humans and robots, discussing the perceived strengths and weaknesses of each, and addresses the absence of the human concept of "fairness" in the use of AI algorithms. Privacy concerns and the potential of AI to help combat climate change are also explored.

Having examined the complexities of AI and ethics, Prof Walsh concludes that machines can liberate us from the "4 Ds": the dirty, the dull, the difficult, and the dangerous. He suggests that, rather than aiming to become super-intelligent immortal beings, we should embrace our creativity, fallibility and mortality.

Toby's book is an engaging, informative and enjoyable read, well-illustrated with real-life examples and historical context. It offers readers a sense of understanding, even if they may not agree with all of the author's personal and world views.

As a medical practitioner in a field where technology and AI are rapidly being adopted, I am honoured to review this book, which will have a prominent place on my bookshelf.
'Machines Behaving Badly: The Morality of AI' is available from Booktopia for $32.99 RRP (paperback).

Dear all;

This is from the one and only Julian Gillespie:

The massive Terms of reference fro the Covid Royal Commission has now been published.
A hefty read, but loads of references information for anyone wanting a deep dive into all things Covid.

Please spread wide; the truth is now on government record for those who wish to see.

Professor Toby Walsh's insightful new book 'Machines Behaving Badly'.

I am pleased to inform you all our Responses to Question on Notice have been published. This update is available on my Substack.

It started with several months of drafting proposed Terms of Reference to meet the ludicrous 12 Jan filing date but first we went to the public with the support of 24 organisation with 9 days to go. We received the support of over 48,000 Co-Signatories.
A massive shout-out to Kara Thomas, the AMPS media crew, and AMPS for hosting the landing page spun-up in under 24 hours, just after New Years.

We were asked to Canberra to provide further evidence, and further evidence we sure did provide from that Canberra session we received 51 Questions on Notice and in 2&1/2 weeks we responded with 764 pages. We could have easily exceeded 1,000 pages, but time simply did not permit. Nonetheless, an extraordinary achievement. Congratulations to Everyone involved.

Additional time was needed by the Committee to allow certain persons and organisations to reply to various allegations raised; see No.13-18:

hello EcoHealth .. hello Eddy .. hello AHPRA

Notably, Brendan Murphy and Jane Halton did not reply. For mine, all replies received to adverse comments are softball, each person and organisation holding to their various Covid scripts. For many of them, their scripts have become boring and insulting .. a real Royal Commission will hopefully flush them out and get the truth back onto the pages of history they abused

Now our Responses to Questions on Notice have been published you are free to circulate them as you deem fit. It is a public document in the public domain, secured by parliamentary privilege.

We now await the report of the Legal & Constitutional Affairs Reference Committee to see whether our efforts here and those of 100s of of other Australians and organisations calling for a Covid Royal Commission, prevail. The report is due in a few days ... 31 March 2024.

Thank you again everyone

Co-Authors, Proposed Witnesses, Supporting Organisations, their Members, and the over 48,000 Co-Signatories. This was a massive undertaking, undertaken with very little time.

Hopefully we find an opportunity to publish this work with greater refinement so that it becomes more accessible to Australians and International readers and researchers.

In the meantime, share the hell out it.
